Getting My Mojo Back...

Those of you who have kept up with my blog posts over recent months will be aware that my health hasn't been the best; both physical and mental. The good news is that I was discharged from hospital on 8th June 2020. The bad news is that it's taken me since then to write a new post for my blog. It has been difficult to find the motivation to put pen to paper, or in my case, fingers to the keyboard.

Anyway, I digress. It has now been a full year since I have completed my OCN Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming, and two years since passing my City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate for Dog Grooming Assistants. I am still torn between the idea of going self-employed or continue for the foreseeable as a volunteer in a local salon. I am hoping that the recent book that my partner has bought for me for my birthday, The Dog Grooming Business Course: How to Set Up and Run Your Own Dog Grooming Business At Home/Mobile/Salon by Kristian Maris; will help me to get there.

Hopefully September will bring me good news in relation to the above, and when it happens, I look forward to sharing this with you all.

In the meantime, take care of you and I'll take care of me xxx
